A leading global organization in Jakarta Utara is seeking a Vice President of Tax to lead the development and implementation of its tax strategies. The ideal candidate will have significant experience managing tax compliance and risk, alongside excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills. This role offers an opportunity to influence business strategies while ensuring compliance with tax laws.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in tax, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and international tax principles.
• Experience in a multinational company or Big Four accounting firm is highly preferred.

• Develop and implement long-term tax strategies aligned with business goals.
• Oversee timely and accurate preparation, filing, and payment of all corporate tax returns.
