Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a senior International Tax Manager to lead cross-border tax initiatives for the group. You will oversee transfer pricing, withholding tax, and compliance for global operations, while advising management on planning and risk mitigation.

You will collaborate with Finance, Legal and external advisors; manage tax audits and regulatory changes. Fluency in English is required; Mandarin is a plus. Based in Pantai Indah Kapuk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in Tax with strong exposure to International Tax and Transfer Pricing.
• Solid knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and international tax principles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee international tax matters across the Group, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
• Provide tax advice for cross-border transactions, including intercompany activities and withholding tax.
• Manage Transfer Pricing policies, documentation, and intercompany transactions.
• Develop and implement tax planning strategies to manage tax exposure.
• Monitor regulatory changes and advise management on impact and actions.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal and other functions on tax-related matters.
• Manage relationships with tax authorities, external advisors, and auditors.
• Identify tax risks and provide regular reporting and recommendations.
