Job summary

RecruitGo is seeking a detailed Bookkeeper based in Bali to manage financial records for multiple entities across geographies. You will use Xero, Dext, and FathomHQ to record transactions, reconcile statements, and prepare reports for client entities.

The role offers a hybrid work arrangement, collaborating with clients’ tax professionals to ensure timely, accurate filings while maintaining compliance with IFRS and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years bookkeeping or accounting experience, startups preferred.
• Proficiency in IFRS and cloud accounting software (Xero, Dext).
• Experience with Microsoft Office and consolidation/reporting tools (FathomHQ).
• Clear communication and ability to work independently in a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain financial records for multiple entities using cloud software.
• Record and categorize daily transactions (income, expenses, assets, liabilities).
• Manage accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely payments.
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements regularly.
• Prepare financial reports (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow).
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing procedures.
• Prepare withholding tax and social contributions reports for authorities.
• Collaborate with tax professionals for filings.
• Improve bookkeeping processes to fit client needs.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
