Description and Requirements

About the Role:

Are you ready to take your engineering career to the next level? Lenovo is looking for a talented and passionate Global Staff Testing Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll collaborate with our top-notch Lenovo GE test engineering team in China and the Worldwide Quality team, playing a crucial part in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

What You'll Do:

• Optimize Testing Processes: Ensure our test processes, fixtures, and equipment are running smoothly and efficiently.
• Innovate and Develop: Design and develop cutting-edge test tools and scripts.
• Lead and Train: Lead projects with EMS, develop new test processes, and train EMS Test Engineers.
• Troubleshoot and Analyze: Conduct on-site troubleshooting for NPI and analyze issues to find effective solutions.
• Support and Improve: Provide level-1 on-site support and drive product quality improvements.
• Collaborate and Implement: Work with the EMS Function team to create and implement a Continuous Improvement Plan.

What We're Looking For:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science and Technology, Automation, or related fields.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python or C#) and basic knowledge of script commands (Windows PowerShell/CMD, EFI shell).
• Language Skills: Preferable fluency in Chinese and Indonesian, with strong English reading skills.
• Expertise: Extensive knowledge of PC testing, MES and production-related systems, NPI process, manufacturing process, and engineering technical solutions.
