Global Senior Beauty Brand Marketing Strategist

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and lead multi-channel brand marketing campaigns that build awareness, engagement, and conversion for skincare products.
  2. Drive social media strategy, content direction, and campaign calendars—particularly for TikTok, Instagram, and affiliate programs.
  3. Identify and collaborate with KOLs/influencers for content creation, trend integration, and campaign performance tracking.
  4. Translate consumer data and insights into effective marketing content and value propositions.
  5. Monitor campaign ROI, provide regular performance analysis, and optimize based on metrics and KPIs.
  6. Collaborate cross-functionally with the product, creative, and business development teams to ensure alignment on campaign goals and timelines.
  7. Stay updated on beauty industry trends, platform algorithm updates, and consumer behavior shifts to inform strategy.
Qualifications
  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in Brand Marketing, KOL/Influencer Marketing, or Beauty Campaign Strategy.
  2. Proven experience managing beauty brands and building campaigns from strategy to execution.
  3. Must be fluent in English (written and spoken).
  4. Advanced knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and affiliate marketing channels.
  5. Excellent creative, analytical, and storytelling abilities.
  6. Deep understanding of beauty consumer behavior and market positioning.
  7. Proficient in performance tracking, data reporting, and trend analysis.
  8. Highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
  9. Available for immediate full-time work in South Jakarta.
