You will work with senior business and IT stakeholders to design and implement HCM solutions, contributing to advisory services and delivery excellence across global client engagements.

You will bring 4+ years of SuccessFactors experience, knowledge of cloud deployment, and a willingness to travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant SuccessFactors HR consulting or industry experience.
• Implementation experience with SuccessFactors end-to-end project life cycle.
• Willingness to travel to client locations (100%).

Responsibilities

• Work with senior stakeholders to understand requirements and design HCM solutions.
• Deliver advisory services and best practices for SAP SuccessFactors projects.
• Help grow market share and win work as part of a delivery team.
• Create innovative SAP offerings aligned with market changes.
