The role requires a JD or Master’s in a related field, 10+ years in operations with a compliance focus, and proven leadership of large remote teams with strong analytical and strategic skills.

Qualifications

• JD or Master’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years in operations with focus on regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Experience leading large, remote teams and complex compliance programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies prioritizing regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.
• Establish and maintain robust compliance frameworks and auditing processes for remote operations.
• Lead and mentor a diverse, globally distributed team of operations and compliance professionals.
• Oversee implementation of operational policies ensuring adherence to laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and other departments to ensure integrated compliance efforts.
