Job summary

APP Group in Jakarta is seeking a skilled Product Development Analyst to drive new product analysis and forecasting during development. You will coordinate with R&D, QA/QC and production to ensure specs meet business needs and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include market research, project timeline execution, pilot trials, and validating concepts with consumer feedback while ensuring safety and quality compliance. Based at Thamrin Nine, Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in product development, innovation, marketing analysis, or related roles.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in product projection, market analysis and forecasting.
• Experience in managing new product development processes from concept to launch.
• Knowledge of product safety, quality standards and regulatory documentation is an advantage.
• Good communication and presentation skills to liaise with internal stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with data analysis tools is a plus.
• Placement in Thamrin Nine - Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Create projection product analysis by assessing and forecasting the potential performance and success of a new product during its development phase.
• Manage new product based on flow process and analyze the flow process.
• Coordinate with R&D, QA/QC, and production teams to align product specs with business requirements.
• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging consumer trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for innovation.
• Assist in executing project timelines and innovation pipelines.
• Monitor progress of product development milestones.
• Support pilot trials and scale-up activities.
• Support testing and validation of product concepts based on consumer feedback.
• Ensure alignment with product safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate documentation for compliance and product claims.
