Job summary

APP Group is seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Planner to lead materials demand and supply planning across multiple sites. You will analyze demand, production, inventory and procurement data, coordinating with Supply Chain, Procurement, Purchasing and Production teams to implement standardized, KPI-driven planning.

The role requires 8–15 years in planning, strong SAP/MM-PP experience, and excellent English and Bahasa Indonesia communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
8–15 years of experience in supply chain/procurement planning.
Experience with SAP/ERP systems, especially SAP MM/PP.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

Develop materials demand and supply planning.
Analyze demand, production, inventory, and procurement data.
Coordinate planning with Supply Chain, Procurement, Purchasing, and Production teams.
Establish planning standards, SOPs, governance, and KPIs.
Manage monthly demand and supply planning cycles.
Monitor inventory, capacity, supply risks, and exceptions.
Develop digital planning tools and processes using SAP/ERP.
Conduct planning reviews and provide management insights.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Ensure alignment of mill-level plans with overall business strategy.
