Job summary

Hertz Flavors Makmur Indonesia (HFMI) is seeking a Digital Transformation Lead to align HFMI with Arethia Group strategy and drive group transformation. You will lead a PMO, coordinate local IT with the central organisation in Germany, and translate strategic objectives into actionable plans.

You will partner with the Managing Director to deliver cross-functional initiatives, manage risk, and ensure timely delivery while supporting international collaboration and governance.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in project or programme management.
• Track record of delivering cross-functional initiatives in an international environment.
• Strong systems thinking and senior stakeholder management.
• People leadership experience with a small, high-leverage team.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Structure, govern, and oversee the local project portfolio across digital, operational, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Create transparency across all projects within HFMI and take ownership of keeping them on track.
• Directly manage selected high-priority projects, ensuring clarity and timely delivery.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans with project owners across departments.
• Continued collaboration with the central PMO, ensuring alignment with global PM governance and portfolio reporting standards.
• Establish pragmatic local project management standards and governance in collaboration with the central PMO team.
