Job summary

Lyra Health seeks a qualified associate to provide counselling and therapy to clients in Melaka, Malaysia, with sessions conducted in-person and virtually. You will maintain professional standards, manage scheduling, and document care while coordinating with Lyra’s care and operations teams.

Ideal candidates hold a psychology/counselling qualification, are licensed or registered in Malaysia (preferred), and speak English fluently.

Qualifications

• Must have a professional psychology/counselling qualification.
• Licensed or registered to practice in Malaysia (preferred).
• Experience in counselling or therapy services.
• Must have a safe, private space for in-person sessions.
• Fluent English; additional local languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide counselling/therapy sessions to clients (in-person and via video).
• Manage client referrals and scheduling for sessions.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation and case notes.
• Coordinate with Lyra’s care and operations teams to support service delivery.
• Work independently while communicating with a remote team.
