Indofood’s International Business Division is seeking a Global Marketing Manager to lead and implement marketing strategies across multiple countries. This role focuses on building brand equity, expanding market presence, and engaging consumers globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute global marketing plans to drive brand growth and increase market share.
- Formulate brand strategies to enhance consumer awareness and brand equity in various markets.
- Perform comprehensive market and data analysis (consumer insights, trends, campaign performance) to inform marketing decisions.
- Collaborate with Sales to align marketing campaigns with sales goals and business opportunities.
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns (online and offline) to boost engagement and conversions internationally.
- Oversee product positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
- Coordinate with Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, and Creative teams to maintain consistent brand messaging.
- Monitor competitor activities and global FMCG trends.
- Track marketing KPIs, optimize ROI, and manage the global marketing budget.
- Lead and unify international marketing teams towards common business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- At least 10 years of marketing experience, preferably in FMCG or international consumer brands.
- Proven success in brand building and sales-driven marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and data interpretation capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
