Indofood’s International Business Division is seeking a Global Marketing Manager to lead and implement marketing strategies across multiple countries. This role focuses on building brand equity, expanding market presence, and engaging consumers globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute global marketing plans to drive brand growth and increase market share.
  • Formulate brand strategies to enhance consumer awareness and brand equity in various markets.
  • Perform comprehensive market and data analysis (consumer insights, trends, campaign performance) to inform marketing decisions.
  • Collaborate with Sales to align marketing campaigns with sales goals and business opportunities.
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns (online and offline) to boost engagement and conversions internationally.
  • Oversee product positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
  • Coordinate with Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, and Creative teams to maintain consistent brand messaging.
  • Monitor competitor activities and global FMCG trends.
  • Track marketing KPIs, optimize ROI, and manage the global marketing budget.
  • Lead and unify international marketing teams towards common business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • At least 10 years of marketing experience, preferably in FMCG or international consumer brands.
  • Proven success in brand building and sales-driven marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills and data interpretation capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
