How you create impact

As a Global Key Account Manager (GKAM) with a vertical focus on Automotive, you will be responsible for managing and growing key strategic customer relationships across Indonesia and Vietnam. You will act as the main point of contact for assigned global automotive accounts, ensuring strong collaboration between local, regional, and global stakeholders. Your role is critical in driving customer success, operational excellence, and profitable growth across the Southeast Asia region, aligning customer needs with our logistics solutions.

What we would like you to bring
  • Lead and manage a portfolio of global automotive accounts, ensuring long-term business relationships and customer satisfaction.

  • Develop and execute global account strategies aligned with both customer goals and company objectives.

  • Serve as the central coordinator for all business units and regions involved with the key account.

  • Identify and pursue global and regional growth opportunities within the customer’s automotive supply chain.

  • Collaborate with product, vertical, and regional teams to deliver integrated, value-added logistics and supply chain solutions.

  • Monitor market trends in the automotive sector to proactively suggest innovations and improvements to customer operations.

  • Build deep relationships with key decision-makers across customer organizations, including procurement, logistics, and C-level executives.

  • Conduct regular business reviews and lead negotiations to maintain or expand contractual agreements.

  • Act as a customer advocate within the organization, ensuring that their voice is reflected in solution design and service delivery.

  • Lead virtual global account teams consisting of operations, finance, legal, product, and regional stakeholders.

  • Ensure seamless communication and collaboration across regions to provide a consistent global customer experience.

  • Oversee the implementation of global SOPs and performance monitoring structures (KPIs, SLAs, QBRs).

  • Monitor financial performance, ensuring profitability and sustainable revenue growth from assigned accounts.

  • Provide accurate and timely forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).

  • Track performance metrics and service quality to support continuous improvement initiatives.

What's in it for you
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

  • 5–8+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or commercial roles, with at least 3 years in a global account management capacity.

  • Proven experience working with multinational clients in the automotive industry.

  • Strong understanding of automotive supply chains, including inbound to manufacturing, and after-market.

  • Strategic and consultative selling skills.

  • Strong business acumen and financial literacy.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • High emotional intelligence, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

  • Willingness to travel globally, as required.
