Job summary

PT SKPLASMA CORE INDONESIA is seeking a skilled SCM Specialist to manage import/export operations, regulatory licensing, and timely material movement. You will ensure regulatory adhe rence and coordinate with BPOM, Customs, and health authorities to support manufacturing objectives.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 3 years in import-export or regulatory affairs, with hands-on permit handling in Indonesia and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years in import-export operations or regulatory affairs.
• Experience with regulatory permits and documentation in Indonesia.
• Familiar with HS code, customs valuation, and clearance procedures.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Manage import/export permits and regulatory approvals for materials and products.
• Prepare, submit, and monitor SAS applications and licenses.
• Liaise with BPOM, Health Ministry, Customs, and authorities.
• Support MTA and regulatory compliance activities.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and HS classification.
• Coordinate customs clearance and related documentation; monitor regulatory changes.
