The program provides hands-on experience across manufacturing, engineering, and technology, with structured learning and international exposure to build future engineering leaders.

You will engage in assignments across Maintenance, Project Engineering, Operational Technology, Reliability, Utilities, and Manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field
• Maximum 2 years of working experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Strong academic track record
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Contribute to engineering excellence, operational reliability, automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work on impactful engineering and technology projects that support manufacturing performance, asset reliability, sustainability, and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and take ownership of projects that contribute to business priorities and personal development.
