Job summary

PT Fugro Indonesia is seeking a data processing professional to support geo-data delivery and related products. You will independently collate, process and validate geo-data for projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established workflows.

Key responsibilities include quality control, collaboration with project teams, and contributing to workflow improvements while maintaining thorough documentation and records.

Qualifications

• A Degree in Geotechnical / Civil engineering or a relevant scientific or numerical subject (desired)
• Experience handling datasets; geotechnical laboratory testing (desired)
• Excellent IT skills, particularly MS Excel with embedded macros
• Experience with ISO 17025 accreditation (KAN) advantageous
• Familiar with ASTM and ISO 17892 test standards advantageous
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Effective written and oral communication
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Responsibilities

• Supports the delivery of geo-data and related products by independently executing data processing activities.
• Independently collating, processing, validating, and presenting geo-data for projects of low to medium complexity following established workflows and standards.
• Resolve non-routine processing and data quality issues to ensure deliverables are complete and accurate.
• Perform quality control on own deliverables and on outputs from others where required.
• Collaborate with project teams to support timely and reliable delivery of data products.
• Contribute to improvements in processing workflows and tools.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

Responsibilities

• Supports the delivery of geo-data and related products by independently executing data processing activities.
• Applying professional judgement and ensuring quality, consistency and reliability of deliverables by: 1) Independently collating, processing, validating, and presenting geo-data for projects of low to medium complexity, following established workflows and standards.
• Applying judgement to resolve non-routine processing and data quality issues, ensuring completeness and accuracy of deliverables.
• Performing quality control on own deliverables and, where required, on selected outputs from others.
• Collaborating with project teams to support timely and reliable delivery of data products.
• Applying and contributing to improvements in existing processing workflows and tools.
• Maintaining accurate project documentation and records.

Qualifications / Skills / Experience

• A Degree in Geotechnical / Civil engineering or a relevant scientific or numerical subject (desired)
• Relevant experience, ideally in handling datasets. Experience in geotechnical laboratory testing (desired)
• Excellent IT skills, particularly in modifying and using MS Excel spreadsheets with embedded macros.
• Relevant experience in ISO 17025 accreditation by Komite Akreditasi Nasional (KAN) will be advantageous.
• Familiar with ASTM and ISO 17892 test standards will be advantageous
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
