Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven General Trade Sales Manager to lead and oversee all sales efforts within the General Trade (GT) channel. This role is key to expanding our market reach by developing sales strategies, managing distributor relationships, and driving performance across teams. You'll be expected to combine field execution with strong leadership and market insight.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement GT Sales Strategy
• Design and execute sales strategies for General Trade to achieve company targets
• Conduct monthly sales forecasting and planning
• Identify market trends and opportunities for expansion

Lead Sales Team & Drive Performance
• Supervise, guide, and motivate the GT sales team
• Set clear goals and monitor KPIs to ensure consistent performance
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and reporting standards

Manage Distributor Network & Trade Operations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retail partners
• Expand and strengthen the GT distribution network
• Coordinate trade programs including pricing, promotions, and product availability

Reporting & Analysis
• Analyze sales performance and provide actionable insights
• Submit sales reports, visit logs, and market feedback in a timely manner
• Collaborate with internal teams for cross-functional alignment

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related fields

· Minimum 4–5 years experience in General Trade sales (FMCG industry required)

· Strong leadership and team management skills

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities

· Solid understanding of GT market dynamics and distribution models

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Suite

· Maximum age: 35 years old
