We are seeking a seasoned General Manager with pre-opening experience to lead the launch and position voco Bali Seminyak as a lifestyle-led destination hotel in a competitive market. A proven background in brand positioning, digital and commercial strategy, and stakeholder management is essential to elevate voco’s presence and deliver distinctive guest experiences.

This is a role for a leader who thrives on transformation—crafting a strong service culture, empowering teams, and building operational excellence from day one. Prior experience in Bali or similar high-tourism regions will be an advantage, enabling you to navigate local market dynamics and build strong owner relations.
