Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Growth & Business Expansion

• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue through community sports programs, athlete rehabilitation services, and corporate wellness partnerships.
• Build partnerships with sports teams, fitness centers, schools, and local athletic organizations to drive patient referrals and service utilization.
• Expand the clinic's service offerings, including sports injury prevention, performance enhancement programs, and post-injury rehabilitation.

Clinical & Operational Leadership

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring efficiency and high-quality patient care.
• Maintain compliance with medical standards, healthcare regulations, and industry best practices.
• Supervise and coordinate medical professionals, physiotherapists, and administrative staff to optimize clinic performance.

Marketing & Community Engagement

• Develop marketing strategies to attract professional athletes, sports enthusiasts, and corporate clients.
• Lead community outreach initiatives such as sports health seminars, injury prevention workshops, and fitness assessments.
• Represent the clinic at sports events, medical conferences, and networking forums.

Requirements:

• Medical Doctor (MD) degree with a valid practicing license.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare management, sports medicine, or a related field.
• Strong business acumen with experience in financial planning, revenue generation, and operational efficiency.
