General Manager Shipping (Mandarin Speaking Only)

PT. Pelayaran Guntur Line, a growing shipping company operating a fleet of floating cranes and self-propelled barges, is currently seeking an experienced General Shipping Manager to join our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Communication with Shareholders and Stakeholders (IN MANDARIN) is crucial.
2. Oversee day-to-day operations of the shipping division.
3. Coordinate vessel scheduling, performance, and compliance.
4. Lead and manage operational teams across departments.
5. Liaise with clients, authorities, and stakeholders, including Mandarin-speaking partners.
6. Drive efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

1. Proven leadership experience in shipping or maritime operations.
2. Strong network in mining and shipping is preferred.
3. Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
4. Strong decision-making, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
5. Familiarity with Indonesian maritime regulations is a plus.
