Job Description



Leadership & Strategy:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to drive growth in the domestic market (project).
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales and marketing team to achieve set objectives.


Market Expansion:
  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to enhance brand presence and revenue.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including interior designers, architects, developers, and contractors.


Project Engagement:
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand their needs and align our offerings accordingly.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration between sales and project management teams to meet client expectations.


Sales Management:
  • Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales processes and tools to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.


Marketing Initiatives:
  • Direct marketing efforts to promote our product offerings and brand image through various channels.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to refine marketing strategies and enhance product positioning.


The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master degree preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in sales and marketing, experience in furniture industry will be a plus.
