General Manager (Restaurant)

Our client is a 5* International Chain Resort with large F&B operation.

This role will be in charge at one of their famous restaurants in cooperation with a Celebrity Chef and will be reporting directly to the General Manager of the hotel.

Please note that this position is available for Indonesian Nationals only.

Profile

1. Experience as GM / Assistant GM / OM or similar in a free standing restaurant
2. Experience in free standing internationally branded restaurant, or in 5 star hotels
3. Relevant experience in F&B operations
4. Involved in ensuring excellent guest experience and innovative in revenue generating efforts
5. Become the image of the restaurant and build a positive reputation within the area, the community and the clientele
6. Able to uphold brand integrity
7. Proven track record of F&B management success
8. Well presented, sociable, good entertaining and PR skills
9. Fluent in English both written and spoken
10. Strong interpersonal skill and problem solving abilities
11. Guest oriented and service minded
12. Computer literate
13. Having a “whatever it takes” attitude
14. Strong work ethic
15. Highly interactive, people friendly, sensitive to staff needs and a great team player
16. Ability to work well under pressure
17. A self-starter who is able to work creatively
18. Passion for service excellence
