Description
We are looking for an experienced and strategic General Manager of Production to lead end-to-end manufacturing activities at one of the company's key production sites. This role is responsible for production planning, team leadership, quality control, and operational excellence, ensuring timely, efficient, and cost-effective output that aligns with global standards and evolving market demands.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and oversee all production processes, ensuring they align with company targets and market demand.
2. Develop and implement production schedules, adjusting plans as needed for efficiency and responsiveness.
3. Monitor product quality, enforce control standards, and implement quality improvement initiatives.
4. Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, procurement, engineering, and QA/QC teams.
5. Drive continuous improvement through lean manufacturing, process optimization, and change management.
6. Manage budgets, production costs, and performance KPIs to ensure operational profitability.
7. Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, labor laws, and company policies.
8. Foster a high-performing production team through coaching, development, and performance management.
9. Report production progress, challenges, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Profile
To succeed in this role, you will need:

1. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 8 years’ experience in production leadership, preferably in the automotive or heavy manufacturing industry.
3. Strong knowledge of manufacturing systems, production flows, and lean production practices.
4. Proven leadership and team management capabilities in a factory or plant environment.
5. Deep understanding of quality assurance, health & safety regulations, and manufacturing compliance.
6. Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Office, and production reporting tools.
7. Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical thinking skills.
8. Willingness to be based full-time in Curug, Tangerang, Banten.
