General Manager - Plant Maintenance (RM) Coal Mining Heavy Equipments

Key job responsibilities include:

1. Plan and develop maintenance activities fort all mining Equipment's and ensure their implementation is in accordance with the plan to support production achievement.

2. Reviewing and monitoring the plant mining and supporting equipment's operational and maintenance effectiveness and efficiency of using heavy equipment in supporting the process and achieving production targets.

3. Prepare Budget long term & short term for Periodic service - Preventive, Periodic Predictive, Curatives, Midlife, overhaul units including spare parts, undercarriage, consumables, tyres & others as required

4. Be analytical in probing break down analysis i.e. FMEA, MTBR, MTBF and implement corrective action & improvement plan for all mining equipment

5. Workout Program for enhancing MA/PA to optimize EU/UA for coal & Overburden production. To minimize lead time to repair for mining equipment.

6. Check out training program for supervisors & mechanics to skill up using advance technology & current best practices to enhance efficiency & accuracy.

7. Monitor, follow up, and report on safety inspections or unsafe conditions on work, the environment, and tools to ensure the plant and maintenances process runs safely and securely.

8. Together with concerned departments, analyze and evaluate operation and efficiency results and problems to find solutions so that the production operational team to line up with process is carried out effectively.

9. Provide instructions related to mining & supporting activities and their relationship with the surrounding work Environment in a good and effective manner.

10.Conduct thorough inspections of Plant Maintenance crew, sites and tools to ensure all processes are according instructions to schedule.

11.Reviewing, under directions from BOD (Owners) revising and approving monthly plant operational and maintenance reports to ensure the data presented is accurate, instantly & timely

12.Ensure equipment that consumes Fuel as per standard norm from OEM is used according to the specified needs similar types of equipment.

13.Reporting if there is a deviation in the use that consume energy

14.Implement an energy management system fuel consumption, fuel & oil Quality an reliability in accordance with applicable procedures and rules

15. Implementing safety, occupational health and environmental (K3L) regulations at the work area

16.Directly reports to the BOD, timely, instantly & accurately.

Job Requirements:

S-1 Mechanical Engineering or Mining Engineering, or related field from recognized university

Minimum 20 years combined experience in plant Maintenance operation in mining contractor with

Training certified or knowledge in Coal Resources and Reserves, Mine Planning, Mine Channeling, Coal Logistics

Have strong experienced with a mining plant and maintenance in Sumatera and/or Kalimantan site specially.

Have a strong knowledge of heavy equipment and mining site with analytical skill –Cause & effective Analysis

Skill on overall general management with a focus on mining plant and maintenance, service & repair

Strong knowledge of environmental issues, mining legislation and labor law, mining technology and heavy production equipment mainly disposal of waste (Limbah B3)

Possess leadership to head the team in effective Manner – asserting & excellent task master.

Strong ability to coordinate and communicate with his team and also across to other departments/ companies (matrix organization)

Capability to work independently (analyze, plan, action, control) with initiative and creativity to ensure operational excellence

English language, business excellence experience highly desirable.

Experienced professional with an entrepreneurial character and a "hands-on approach."

Team player, positive attitude, hands-on and high flexibility

Willing to travel frequently to all mining site
