Job Description

  • Ensure effective execution of operational strategies across all sites, aligning with overarching business objectives and continuously identifying areas for improvement through market trends and performance analysis.
  • Oversee daily operations across multiple service categories, maintaining high levels of quality and efficiency through scalable, adaptable processes that support long-term strategic goals.
  • Own revenue performance by setting financial targets, driving new income streams, and using data insights to shape and refine ongoing business strategies.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with partners and key stakeholders, working collaboratively to identify growth opportunities, improve service delivery, and maintain alignment with national priorities.
  • Lead and develop a multi-tiered team, promoting a culture of accountability, innovation, and strategic focus, while supporting employee development through training and recognition programs.
  • Track and enhance key operational KPIs while ensuring full compliance with safety, labor, and regulatory standards. Proactively resolve operational challenges with strategic, forward-looking solutions.

The Successful Applicant

  • Holds a bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in managing retail operations which includes workforce planning & optimization, and managing large-scale operations across Indonesia
  • Proven expertise in revenue management, budgeting, and driving revenue growth, combined with strong financial acumen and strategic decision-making skills to effectively lead regional operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Analytical and customer-focused, an expert at leveraging data to optimize processes, ensure compliance, and deliver exceptional guest experiencesacross multiple locations.
