Job summary

Overview

Lead and supervise all operational activities (export, import, customs clearance, trucking, warehousing).

Ensure operational activities comply with Company SOPs to improve service efficiency and accuracy.

Handle and resolve operational team issues.

Lead weekly meetings with the operational team.

Create weekly and monthly reports to the Director.

Manage relationships with vendors and overseas agents.

Requirements

• Education: Min. bachelor's degree or master's degree in Management, Transportation, or International Relations, majoring in sea transportation.


• Experience: Min. 3 years of working experience as an Operations Manager in a freight forwarding and logistics company.


• Skills: Familiar with CargoWise; detail-oriented and well-organized; excellent leadership skills;
  good communication skills in Indonesian & English (spoken/written). Mandarin and Japanese language skills are a plus.


• Availability: Able to join as soon as possible.
