Job summary

PT CitraDimensi Arthali seeks a Head of IT to lead the company’s technology strategy, infrastructure, and system development to ensure operational excellence, cybersecurity, and ongoing digital transformation.

The role oversees IT Operations, Core Applications (Odoo ERP v17, in-house WMS, MES in plan on Ignition), and the Data Team, requiring a strategic, hands-on leader who can balance innovation with reliability across five locations nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in IT or Computer Science.
• Certifications in IT management (PMP/PRINCE2) or Cybersecurity are advantageous.
• 10 years of progressive IT leadership, with at least 5 years in manufacturing.
• Proven track record leading enterprise application projects (ERP, WMS, MES).
• Strong understanding of Industry 4.0 concepts, IoT, automation, and data integration frameworks.
• Experience managing multi-site operations and complex infrastructure environments.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written).

The Head of IT will lead Cedea’s overall technology strategy, infrastructure, and system development to ensure operational excellence, cybersecurity, and continuous digital transformation.

This role oversees three main departments—IT Operations, Core Applications, and the Data Team—and plays a critical leadership role in aligning technology initiatives with business goals.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands‑on experience in enterprise IT management, open‑source technologies, and Industry 4.0 implementations, who can drive innovation while maintaining stability and security across all systems.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

Develop and execute the company’s IT Strategy and Roadmap aligned with Cedea’s business objectives and Industry 4.0 vision.

Lead Digital Transformation initiatives across manufacturing, supply chain, and administrative functions.

Manage technology governance, standards, and policies to ensure consistency, compliance, and data integrity.

Build and mentor a high‑performing IT team that collaborates effectively with business units and external partners.

Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Core Applications:

Odoo ERP (v17) for enterprise operations

In‑house WMS (Warehouse Management System)

MES (Manufacturing Execution System) in plan to develop on the Ignition Platform

Ensure system integration and data synchronization through open APIs and a Unified Namespace (UNS) approach.

Maintain high availability and data protection through on‑premise infrastructure with robust disaster recovery mechanisms.

Evaluate and adopt Open Standards and Open‑Source solutions where strategically viable.

IT Operations

Manage IT infrastructure, including network and server systems, WiFi, CCTV, attendance & access control, and cybersecurity.

Ensure stable and secure operations across 5 locations nationwide.

Oversee new technology projects such as Industrial Automation, AGV systems, and ASRS Cold Storage Warehouse operations.

Data & Analytics

Guide the Data Team in developing enterprise data architecture, integration pipelines (ETL), and data quality standards.

Support data‑driven decision‑making through Business Intelligence (BI), dashboards, and predictive analytics.

Promote a culture of data accuracy, ownership, and accessibility across all departments.

Governance & Security

Establish and enforce policies for information security, user access, and data privacy.

Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations effectively.

Monitor technology risks and ensure regulatory and audit compliance.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Additional certifications in IT Management, Project Management (PMP/PRINCE2), or Cybersecurity are advantageous.

Experience:

Minimum 10 years of progressive IT leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Proven track record leading enterprise application projects (ERP, WMS, MES).

Strong understanding of Industry 4.0 concepts, IoT, automation, and data integration frameworks.

Experience managing multi‑site operations and complex infrastructure environments.

Demonstrated ability to balance innovation with operational reliability and cost efficiency.

Strategic and analytical mindset with hands‑on technical expertise.

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

Familiarity with Odoo ERP, Ignition Platform, Linux systems, open‑source databases, and virtualization technologies.
