PT Lotte Shopping Indonesia seeks a General Manager Strategy to enhance customer relationship management and foster effective partnerships to meet sales goals. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in marketing strategy and project management, thriving in a dynamic retail environment. As the General Manager Strategy at PT Lotte Shopping Indonesia, you will be responsible for developing and coordinating strategic work plans focused on customer relationship management to support the achievement of daily and periodic sales and profitability targets. Lead the planning and execution of promotional activities and strategic partnerships, including the implementation of promotional events, approval of proposals, and supervision of proposal and budget preparation. You will oversee the performance evaluation process, ensuring alignment with company policies and performance standards.
Responsibilities:
Design comprehensive marketing strategy, budget, and promotional plan for a full year.
Formulate budgetary projections for the marketing strategies that will be executed.
Monitored the implementation of promotions in accordance with the system's process, cost ratio, and traffic volume.
Review all proposals concerning marketing activities, including budgeting and online, prior to submitting them to the director for approval.
Effective branding and promotion management development and implementation.
Manage the financing of marketing activities or events.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. marketing, PR, commercial) to ensure seamless integration of events with broader campaigns.
Community Engagement and Manage the company's Public Relations activities and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) projects.
Establishing partnerships with external entities to facilitate the marketing strategy.
Monitor and assess the daily performance improvement and overall performance of the entire team.
Qualification:
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing planning & strategy management, preferably within the Retail industry.
Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage complex logistics.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships with key partners and vendor.
Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualise and deliver innovative, engaging event experience.
Proficient in event technology and digital platforms to enhance event experiences.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
