Role Overview
The General Manager will oversee the overall operations, guest services, financial performance, and team management of the by PT. MAZARI PROPERTIES GROUP. This role ensures high standards of hospitality, efficient operations, and profitability while maintaining the brand reputation and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic & Operational Leadership
- Oversee daily operations of Mazari Group’s luxury villas properties to ensure seamless service delivery and operational excellence.
- Develop and implement business strategies aligned with the company’s vision, brand positioning, and profitability targets.
- Establish and monitor performance metrics for service quality, guest satisfaction, financial performance, and operational efficiency.
2. Financial Management
- Drive financial performance through effective cost control, revenue management, and yield optimization.
- Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and P&L reports to ensure profitability across all properties.
- Identify new revenue opportunities, partnerships, and potential investment or expansion initiatives.
3. Guest Experience & Brand Standards
- Uphold and continuously enhance the brand’s reputation for personalized, high-touch service and bespoke guest experiences.
- Ensure all properties maintain impeccable standards of presentation, cleanliness, and service delivery.
- Handle VIP guests and high-profile clientele with discretion and professionalism.
4. People & Culture Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop property and villa management teams to achieve operational excellence and guest satisfaction goals.
- Foster a culture of accountability, integrity, and excellence consistent with Mazari Group’s values.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and retention of high-performing teams.
5. Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure adherence to all legal, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental standards across operations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of progressive management experience in luxury hotels, resorts, or villa operations.
- Proven success in managing multi-property operations and leading diverse teams.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing large-scale budgets and driving profitability.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on guest engagement and team leadership.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
- Deep understanding of luxury hospitality trends and the Bali market is highly desirable.
