Job description

Based overseas, fully responsible for the company's strategic planning, operation management and customer relationship maintenance in the field of automotive logistics, focusing on serving global OEM customers and ensuring efficient, stable and low-cost operation of the supply chain system. Leading the team to optimize the international logistics network, improve the end-to-end supply chain efficiency, promote the business growth and compliance of branch offices, and become the core pillar of the Group's globalization strategy.

Core Responsibilities

1. Formulate long term development strategies for overseas supply chain subsidiaries; establish long-term strategic partnerships with OEM customers; analyze global automotive trends, optimizing logistics solutions, controlling logistics costs and profitability.
2. Coordinate the daily operation of overseas supply chain, covering transport management, warehousing and distribution, inventory control and customs coordination.
3. Organize regular business review meetings to improve customer satisfaction by solving delivery problems and driving service improvements.
4. Build a localized team of professionals and cultivate key talent with experience in automotive logistics and OEM services to solve delivery pain points and drive service improvements to increase customer satisfaction.
5. Responsible for setting budgets and achieving targets, as well as ensuring that overseas operations comply with local laws and regulations to avoid risks.

Qualifications

1. Education Background: Degrees are not restricted. Logistics/supply chain management/business administration related majors are preferred.
2. Familiar with OEM or automotive logistics supply chain operation mode, at least 5 years of logistics/supply chain industry experience. Successful cases of cooperation in Southeast Asia supply chain/international OEM/overseas factory start-up are preferred.
3. 3+ years' team management experience preferred.
4. Chinese preferred, able to communicate smoothly with the Group's China team both verbally and in writing.
5. Fluent in English or Bahasa Indonesia, able to conduct business negotiations with clients without any problems.

8. Experience in local team development and adapting to multicultural management.
9. High stress tolerance, adapting to the fast-paced automotive logistics industry.

11. Willing to be based in Jakarta, Indonesia and accepting overseas travel.
