About the role

This is a full-time position for a General Manager (Hotel) at PT. WSMB', a leading hospitality and tourism company located in West Jakarta, Jakarta. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the hotel. This is a critical role that will have a significant impact on the success of the business.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all hotel operations, including front-of-house, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and improve profitability
• Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
• Manage and lead a team of hotel staff, providing guidance, support and performance management
• Monitor and analyse hotel performance data to identify areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and industry standards
• Represent the hotel and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including local authorities and industry partners

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a General Manager or in a senior leadership role within the hotel industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing hotel operations and driving business growth
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
• Strong commercial acumen and financial management skills
• In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry, including trends, regulations and best practices
• Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
