General Manager for Restaurant, Bar and Karaoke

Our Restaurant, Bar and Karaoke is seeking a skilled and experienced General Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure the highest level of customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry, a proven track record of success, and the ability to lead a team to achieve exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee daily Restaurant, Bar and Karaoke operations, including managing staff, monitoring inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  3. Train, coach, and motivate staff to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of performance.
  4. Manage the hiring process, including screening and interviewing candidates, to ensure the team is staffed with the best talent.
  5. Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork, open communication, and employee development.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders to promote the business and drive customer loyalty.
  7. Maintain accurate financial records, including budgeting and forecasting, and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  8. Continuously evaluate and improve restaurant and bar operations to ensure the business remains competitive and profitable.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven track record of success in a similar role, with at least 3 years of experience in Restaurant, Bar and Karaoke management.
  2. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  3. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  4. Experience with financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis.
  5. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  6. Strong customer service orientation and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.
