As Liven’s General Manager for Indonesia, you will play a pivotal role in positioning Liven as a market leader and disruptor in the hospitality industry. This role offers significant development opportunities in a fast-paced environment, working directly with the Founder, Liven Asia Expansion.

  • Drive the sales strategy and execution to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand Liven's presence across Indonesia.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team, inheriting existing team members and recruiting new talent as needed.
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance market share and drive business growth.
  • Utilize extensive experience in product or SaaS sales to position Liven's solutions effectively in the market.
  • Exhibit strong managerial skills to motivate and guide the team towards achieving common goals.
  • Generate new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals to drive revenue growth.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
  • Work effectively with Liven's international team to ensure alignment and support for local initiatives.
Your Skills and Experience
  • 8+ years of proven experience in product or SaaS sales, with a focus on market expansion and business development.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with experience in managing and growing sales teams.
  • Proactive and innovative mindset to drive business growth and market expansion.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
  • Deep understanding of the Indonesian market and the ability to leverage market insights for strategic advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
