Job description

General Manager Enterprise Solution Corporate IT&IS

• Lead the development, deployment, and continuous improvement of enterprise solutions aligned with Kompas Gramedia’s vision, mission, and strategic goals.
• Act as a strategic IT business partner to functional units and business groups by leveraging a comprehensive understanding of IT solutions to translate business needs into impactful digital solutions and technology roadmaps.
• Ensure close collaboration with stakeholders to drive alignment, solution adoption, and value realization across the organization.
• Oversee the Project Management Office (PMO), ensuring standardized governance, effective execution, and on-time delivery of IT and enterprise projects.
• Monitor the performance of implemented solutions and projects, providing regular evaluation, reporting, and recommendations for optimization and innovation.

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to effectively lead multiple departments.
• Proven experience in analyzing, designing, developing, and implementing Enterprise Solutions in various industries.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated understanding of and experience with current technology trends and best practices, including AI (Artificial Intelligence).
• Experience in implementing and managing large-scale enterprise systems like ERP.
• A significant plus is prior experience functioning as an IT Business Partner with a broad understanding of various IT solution domains, including but not limited to: Enterprise Solutions and IT Operations.
