This role will be pivotal in driving commercial growth, building strategic partnerships, and strengthening the hospital's revenue performance through effective sales and business development leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Oversee sales performance across multiple hospital units, ensuring consistent growth and market competitiveness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, insurance providers, and key stakeholders.
  • Develop pricing strategies and adapt them to market conditions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate partnerships and insurance collaborations.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Mentor and lead sales teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven leadership experience in sales and business development within the hospital, healthcare, insurance, or related industries.
  • Strong track record in meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience managing multi-unit operations or large sales teams.
