We are currently representing one of our client in the hospitality industry who is looking for a General Manager to handle their Luxury Boutique Hotel in Bali. With a strong focus on guest experience, and local charm.

Job Description

• Lead and manage all hotel departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Sales & Marketing, Finance, and Engineering
• Ensure smooth daily operations while upholding luxury service standards
• Foster a guest-centric culture that consistently delivers memorable, personalized experiences
• Ensure profitability through revenue management, pricing strategies, and expense control
• Collaborate with the marketing team to drive brand awareness, online reputation, and occupancy rates
• Recruit, train, and mentor department heads and team members
• Maintain the property and facilities at top condition, consistent with 5-star expectations

The Successful Applicant

• At least 5 years experience as a General Manager or senior leadership role in a luxury or 5-star hotel
• Strong understanding of hotel operations, finance, sales, and guest service excellence
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on, problem-solving approach
• Fluent in English
• Prior experience working in Bali would be a plus
