Job description

Our client is a 5* boutique resort in Ubud with approximately 50 units.

The property is currently in its pre-opening phase.

Note: This position is available for Indonesian Nationals only.

Profile

1. 5* leisure resort and boutique operation experience
2. Minimum 2 years experience in the same or a similar role
3. Background in Rooms division
4. Fluent in English, both written and spoken
5. Highly interactive, people-friendly, sensitive to staff needs, and a great team player
6. Ability to deal effectively with guests in a luxury boutique environment
7. Must maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance
8. Actively involved in ensuring excellent guest experiences and innovative revenue-generating efforts
9. Well-presented, sociable, with great entertaining and PR skills; will be "the face" of the resort
10. Passion for service excellence
