Based in Bali, our operations are international. We work with clients, suppliers, and retailers across Australia, the United States, Asia, and the Middle East. We are a boutique firm with fewer than 10 office-based employees, operating at the highest level of detailand professionalism.
THE ROLE:
We are seeking a capable, career-minded General Managerto oversee the daily operations of our Bali office. This is not a corporate GM role with layers of reporting — instead, it is a senior, multi-functional position suited to someone who can lead with confidence, manage the details, and represent the brand at the highest level.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS:
Reside in (or be willing to relocate to) Bali, Indonesia.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior operational, office management, or general management role.
Proven ability to lead teams and manage staff.
Excellent written and spoken English (minimum English score 9/10).
High proficiency in Microsoft Office—especially Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Ability to liaise professionally with clients and suppliers to coordinate and fulfil both domestic and international orders.
Prepare client product quotations and invoices accurately and efficiently.
Create and manage supplier purchase orders aligned with project timelines and budgets.
Manage local and international logistics with freight partners from dispatch to destination, ensuring clients are kept informed throughout.
Oversee stock management, including monthly audits and warehouse cost tracking.
Maintain and improve internal operational systems to increase productivity and reduce inefficiencies.
Prepare and compile payroll data and manage payments for utilities and office operations.
Monitor staff attendance and maintain complete personnel records.
Liaise with local and international legal, tax, and accounting consultants (Xero) to ensure compliance and best practices.
Demonstrate initiative, integrity, strong time management, and the ability to work independently.

Willingness to travel within Indonesia as required.
Must present with polish and professionalism appropriate to high-end international clientele and luxury market environments.
