Job description

We are Group Company which are engaged with coal mining and logistics maritime business which is seeking senior and mature professional for the position General Manager or Deputy Director.

Requirements

• Having knowledge and familiar with shipping regulations, and requires a blend of maritime logistics expertise against coal mining business is advantage.
• Familiarity with coal extraction, handling, and transportation processes is advantage.
• Ability to work with various teams and stakeholders (both internal and external).
• Ability to identify and resolve issues related to logistics, vessel operations, and production.
• Having experienced with logistics management systems, reporting tools, and other relevant applications.
• Targeting potential clients, buyers, barges owner, and coal producers or sources, for both marine logistics and coal mining operations.
• Engaging in proactive client pitching, showcasing company services and solutions, and closing deals.
• Ability to seek strategic partnerships with other companies to expand market reach and service offerings.
• Having senior experienced and mature persons as professional in a role of leadership, managerial, analytical skill.
• Minimum as GM or Deputy Director at least 5 years.
