Are you a driven and strategic leader with a passion for building brands, driving sales, and optimizing operations? We’re looking for a General Manager who can take charge of our growth journey — spearheading sales and marketing while also overseeing daily operations.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth across all channels (retail, online, distributors, etc.).
Lead impactful digital and offline marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and customer loyalty.
Manage and grow the sales & marketing team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Oversee day-to-day operations, including logistics, supply chain, inventory, and SOP development.
Cultivate relationships with key business partners, distributors, and vendors.
Analyze business performance and market trends to support data-driven decision-making.
Hire, train, and mentor cross-functional team members to align with the company’s goals and values
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in sales, marketing, or retail operations.
Proven track record of boosting sales and building a strong brand presence.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on leadership style.
Experience in the health/beauty/nutrition or lifestyle industry is a strong plus.
Results-driven, proactive, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing and performance analytics.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
