Expatriate with experience managing one or more national or local accounts, including providing timely, consistent, and accurate information required to operate the portfolio in order to meet client and company objectives. Acts as a point of contact for integrating the service platform for the client, ensuring sound and consistent accounting practices. Provides general and financial information to other management team members for informed decision-making and operational responsibilities.

About the Role:

  • Provide leadership for geographically or functionally distinct markets and demonstrate the ability to implement business unit strategies.
  • Coordinate and prepare reports, annual budgets, and other documents for clients, adhering to management and client instructions. Focus primarily on financial information and leasing guidelines. Review information and variances with the Property Management Team.
  • Participate in preparing annual budgets and revisions, overseeing compliance with client-approved budgets.
  • Assist the Client/Asset Manager and Property Manager in cost allocations, identifying re-billable costs, proper inventory accounting, purchasing procedures, and addressing accounting issues.
  • Maintain internal financial benchmarks for each asset, including occupancy, income, delinquency, IRR, and cash flow, as defined by the Director and Asset Manager.
  • Coordinate construction projects with Construction and Property Managers, approving contract documents and final invoices.

About You:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field with 8+ years of real estate property management or related experience, including 5+ years of supervisory experience.
  • CPM and/or RPA or equivalent senior leadership experience.
  • Active participation or leadership in industry organizations and charitable causes.
  • Ability to monitor industry trends and anticipate changes.
