Job description

General Ledger and Financial Reporting Staff

1. Responsible for reviewing employee reimbursements/loans and posting.
2. Responsible for general ledger accounting processing in ERP.
3. Responsible for salary and BPJS provision and payment accounting.
4. Responsible for the accounting processing of principal and interest provisions for loans both within and outside the group.
5. Responsible for accounting of bank fees, foreign exchange, interbank transfers, etc.
6. Responsible for tax accounting and regularly cleaning up tax discrepancies.
7. Responsible for expense provision and regularly cleaning up discrepancies.
8. Prepare BS, IS, CF, OR Aging Statements, OP Aging Statements, Short-term and Long-term loan Statements, and assist with the annual audit.
9. Prepare bank reconciliation forms and provide financial information required for regular bank reports.
10. Assist related parties in reconciling accounts and other team-required tasks.

Qualification:

• Min. Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance/related major from a reputable university
• At least 3 years of working experience in general ledger and reporting
• Good communication in English and ability to speak Mandarin is preferable
• Familiarity with bookkeeping, basic accounting procedures and principles, accounting and tax law, and regulations
• Strong with Excel formulas and reconciliation
• Competency in Microsoft Office and accounting software e.g., SAP/ERP/Oracle
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Highly motivated and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Honest and proactive, able to work autonomously and as part of a team
