General Affairs Manager – to be based in Malang

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Law, Management, Engineering, or equivalent

Minimum age 35 years

Minimum 5 years of experience as a General Affairs Supervisor/Manager, preferably from a manufacturing industry or public company

Strong understanding of GA, including building, vehicle, security, permits, and company asset management

Mastering and managing legal regulations related to company licensing (company law, legal document drafts, licensing administration, certificate and notary administration, certificates, etc.

Experience in vendor coordination, external relations (government, officials, notaries, etc.), and legal document management

Proficient in GA budget management and cost efficiency

Strong leadership and communication skills

Able to work independently and in a team, multitasking, and under pressure

Fluent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and administrative systems

High integrity, thoroughness, and loyalty

Have the ability to manage and implement the company's CSR program
