Job description
GENERAL AFFAIRS MANAGER (ENGLISH & MANDARIN SPEAKER)
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee general administration including office services, facility maintenance, security, and housekeeping.
Manage company asset inventory, usage, and maintenance to ensure accuracy and accountability.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers (security, cleaning, transportation, etc.), including contract negotiation and performance monitoring.
Handle licensing, permits, and regulatory requirements for outlets across regions (e.g., signage permits, business licenses, expatriate permits).
Ensure smooth facility operations across all business units.
Lead company travel, transportation, and accommodation arrangements.
Develop and implement SOPs for general affairs functions across the organization.
Monitor and control GA budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
Supervise GA team and coordinate with cross-functional departments including HR, Legal, and Operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in General Affairs, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of facility management, asset control, and general operational support.
Experience working in multi-location manufacturing businesses is preferred.
Good understanding of local government regulations related to licensing and permits.
Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and GA tracking systems/tools.
Willing to be placed in Bekasi - Cikarang.
