Job summary

dsm-firmenich is seeking a Plant Controller, Manager to partner with plant leadership on financial performance and strategic decisions. The role drives budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cash flow optimization while supporting transformational projects to improve operational excellence.

You will collaborate with regional and global teams, ensure governance, and contribute to sustainable business value in a diverse, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, Audit, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business insights.
• Experience in manufacturing finance, operations controlling, or cost accounting is an advantage.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent English, with communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key finance business partner for plant management and support strategic decision-making.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial performance management.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve cash flow, inventory, and CAPEX performance.
• Support business transformation, operational improvement, and investment projects.
• Ensure strong financial governance through effective processes, contraols, and cross functional collaboration.
• Involvement in regional and global activities projects.
