- Assist and execute daily office operations, ensuring timely maintenance, repair, and service coordination to maintain optimal working conditions, include managing security, cleaning services, driver and messenger.
- Assist in contracts administration and relationships with service providers, ensuring cost-effective and timely delivery of services.
- Maintain relationships with local communities, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders to ensure a positive company presence.
- Execute general affairs and community activities while providing regular reports on operational efficiency, costs, and community relations.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any major.
- Experienced in the field for at least 4 years.
- Familiarity with local regulations and compliance in all general affairs operations.
- Familiarity in selecting and negotiating contracts with external service providers.
- Ability to maintain positive relationships with external stakeholders and communities.
- Proactively address and resolve operational or community-related issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skill for interaction with vendors, community stakeholders, and internal teams.
