Oversee maintenance, repair, and operational standards across retail outlets, warehouses, and manufacturing plants.
Coordinate fit-outs, renovations, and space planning for new or existing locations.
Ensure branches and plant offices are compliant with safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
Manage company assets, including office equipment, furniture, and vehicles across all sites.
Develop and enforce procedures for asset tracking, usage, and maintenance.
Supervise security operations at branches and production sites.
Handle business permits, operational licenses, environmental, and renewals.
Coordinate with local authorities for facility and branch compliance requirements.
Oversee vendor management for cleaning, security, utilities (electricity, water), waste management, and pest control.
Monitor and manage utility usage, GA budgets and cost control measures across all sites.
Prepare monthly reports on asset condition, maintenance, licensing, and operational status.
Support Human Capital with onboarding logistics (workstation setup, ID cards, uniforms, etc.).
Min. bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering or related field.
Experienced at least 5-10 years in General Affairs or Office/Facility Management, preferably in retail, manufacturing, or multi-site environments.
Familiarity with licensing processes related to food safety and retail operations (BPOM, Halal, local trade permits).
Able to travel regularly to branch offices and plants.
