A leading pharmaceutical company is seeking a highly organized General Affairs Assistant Manager in Sidoarjo, Indonesia. The role entails overseeing operational activities, managing company assets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting internal communications. Candidates require a Bachelor's degree and extensive experience in General Affairs, with strong skills in event coordination, compliance, and design software proficiency.
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive General Affairs Assistant Manager to oversee daily operational and facility management activities across all company locations. This position is responsible for managing company assets such as vehicles, employee transportation, office utilities, and general office supplies. You will supervise support personnel, coordinate internal and external events, and handle business travel logistics.
In addition, you will manage company licenses and permits, ensuring compliance with internal policies and government regulations. The role also includes supporting budget control and ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant operations throughout the organization.
As part of your responsibilities, you will also support internal communication and event materials by creating designs to create visual materials for company events, visual content for announcements, safety messages, office bulletins, and employee communications.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from any major
Minimum 5 years of experience in General Affairs or related roles
Strong understanding of office operations, facility management, and administrative procedures
Familiar with government regulations related to permits, licensing, and corporate compliance
Knowledge and experience in handling OSS (Online-Single-Submission) and expatriate permit processes
Excellent communication and public speaking skills
Proven experience in event coordination, logistics management, and vendor relations
Strong coordination skills across departments and with external stakeholders
Able to build and maintain good working relationships with others
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Proficient in design software such as CorelDRAW, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or equivalent
Able to work both independently and in a team, with strong multitasking and detail orientation
High level of integrity, discipline, and ability to maintain confidentiality
Willing to travel or perform business trips as needed
