We are seeking a driven and organised General Administrative Operation Officer to join our team at PT Berkat Sumber Rizki in North Jakarta, Jakarta. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the smooth running of our operations by handling a variety of administrative & operational duties.
What you'll be doing
Provide general administrative support across the organisation, including but not limited to managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining filing systems
Assist with the coordination of office operations and procedures to ensure efficiency
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to address queries and provide excellent customer service
Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
Contribute to the implementation of office policies and procedures
Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
What we're looking for
Bachelor Degree from Public University (PTN) in Indonesia
Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
Previously working as a Personal Assistant or Secretary for a CEO / Country Manager
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent English and or Chinese listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanour
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Ability to respond quickly and handle urgent matters in high-pressure environments.
Ability to do Business Trips International & Domestic
