Job description

HR & Recruitment Enthusiast | Psychology Graduate from University of Indonesia

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Act as a liaison between the branch office and the Human Resources, General Affairs, and Legal divisions at the head office.
  2. Assist with HR administrative processes and onboarding of new employees.
  3. Provide General Affairs administrative support for branch office operations (e.g., office supplies procurement, facility maintenance, etc.).
  4. Manage and archive legal documents (employment contracts, lease agreements, operational permits, etc.).
  5. Assist in the renewal process of permits, certifications, and other legal documents.
  6. Ensure all legal documents at the branch comply with company policies and local regulations.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor Degree of Law
  2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel).
  4. Able to create reports and presentations using PowerPoint.
  5. Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  6. Experience handling basic legal documents (e.g., sales or purchase agreements)
  7. Proactive, well-organized, and able to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
